  Casey is absolutely wonderful and will go above and beyond to help you. She is the reason this review gets the 3 stars it does. This review is to let everyone know to avoid employee BRANDON SCOTT at all costs. He is the rudest person I have ever met. And no I'm not complaining because he calls you on your due date. I know that is his job. But he has the worst customer service skills on the planet. I am planning on paying off my furniture early, and I know that knocks off some of the total it says you have left( says it plain as day on website in FAQ under early payoff). But when I asked him for the CASH price if I payed it off now, he tried to tell me that the WHOLE price left was it...no discount. Then he became very rude, saying no interest came off. When I asked to speak to Casey, he refused to let me or give her the message to call me back. So I waited and called back later to speak to her, conveniently she was gone again. I wonder if the employees @ rent a center across the street are that rude...
